  • Job Description – Regional Manager

    Position: Xijian Technology - Manager of Greater North China Region (Medical Line) - Hebei, Shandong, Henan

    Work Location: Preferably Shandong (Jinan/Qingdao preferred)

    Salary Range: RMB 10,000–15,000 monthly base salary + performance bonus

     

    Job Responsibilities:

    1. Based on the strategic direction of the enterprise, develop and execute marketing plans for the responsible area, and achieve annual sales performance targets for the region;
    2. Responsible for developing regional distributors, establishing and improving channel networks, and regularly maintaining and training distributors;
    3. Independently or in collaboration with distributors, establish benchmark customers within the region and continuously follow up and maintain them;
    4. Establish good relationships with distributors and end users, promote corporate culture correctly, and maintain company image;
    5. Assist in completing regional marketing and scientific events;
    6. Collaborate with the marketing department to identify potential KOLs within the region;
    7. Closely monitor the regional market environment and competitive situation, and assist the marketing department in conducting research in the responsible area.

     

    Job Requirements:

    1. Bachelor's degree or above (outstanding associate-degree candidates also considered), with a preference for majors in biomedicine;
    2. More than five years of experience in channel sales in the medical device industry, with experience in orthopedics, rehabilitation, and sports medicine preferred;
    3. Having rich dealer and end-user resources and good customer relationships in the responsible area, familiar with the local market environment;
    4. Strong market analysis, promotion, interpersonal communication, and coordination skills;
    5. Strong work enthusiasm and sense of responsibility, able to handle significant work pressure;
    6. Willing to travel for business.
